“Russia will be paying Belarus until pipeline construction completed”

Russian will aid Belarus until the Nord Stream gas pipeline bypassing it is built, says Kirill Koktysh from Moscow State University, but once done, the future of Russo-Belarusian relations will be hard to predict.
