Two NATO officials will be expelled soon from Russia in a response to the expulsion of Russians from Belgium, predicts Vladimir Kozin, a former Russian regional director of the OSCE mission in Pristina.

He believes the scandal concerning alleged spy activity on the part of Russian diplomats in Brussels is meant to distract attention from profound differences between the alliance and Moscow.
