“Russian arms encourage Iranians to take the America’s challenge”

The US has no direct reins to influence Russia’s arms sales to Iran simply because Russia does not sell any weapons to the lucrative American market.
So they look for a different tool of influence and bluntly link these sales to Iranian nuclear programme, explains expert Ruslan Pukhov from the Moscow-based Centre for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies.
