Iran says it is ready to accept a proposal for its nuclear program that demands Tehran send its low-enriched uranium to Russia for processing. Should the global community feel more at ease?

Iran and other countries are always going to look for nuclear weapons while there is the US and NATO on the block and no protection. So once Russia has cooled this situation, it needs move on to providing a security framework for Iran and others, this should be via agreements with China and India. Once these oil rich vulnerable nations are free from western colonialism and terror, they won't need to go after nuclear weapons, and that will bring the final settled solution. So Russia's job is only partly done. But great job so far!
