The Russian people are no strangers to harsh weather conditions, but to what extent has the occasionally brutal climate played in forging Russia’s national identity?










Wonderful story. I noticed the same living in Chicago. Notice also that our president moved there after living in Hawaii and California. So maybe there is hope for the American people after all. Although few places here have as bad weather as Russia.
