Clearly it shows that Russia is prepared to trade with anyone without an underlying political agenda. Trade should not be about rewarding perceived good behaviour. It should not be used as a weapon of control. And I would prefer the Russians sell no one else the S-400 and keep that for themselves. S-300PMU2 and Antei-2500 should do for export. Selling S-400s to Saudi Arabia might lead to its delivery to US specialists...

Total non-sense. Russia already sold Saudis about 250 BMP-3's, after they saw UAE acquire almost 600 of those. This is good for Russia. It is better to sell S-400 to Saudis than to Iran with its unstable government. It will bolster Russian reputation, not diminish it.
