A magnificent achievement! Will this help Russia's claims on the Arctic and North Pole? It will be more difficult when Russia deals with U.S. and Canadian claims on the Arctic; both, currently, are starting to militarize the Arctic. No mention in the western media of "human rights" for Innuit or other ethnic groups on lands being appropriated for military purposes in Alaska or Northern Canada. Vperiod, Rossia!
