A nationalistic separatist party has emerged as the largest political group in Belgium - the heart of Europe and the home of the European Union.
As I have said before, the world is coming apart along ethnic lines. God forbid that Switzerland or Luxembourg is next. Big question: OTHER THAN AS THE HOME OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, WHAT IS BELGIUM KNOWN FOR? And I find it hard to believe that the french speaking part of Belgium is poor. Maybe Belgium should be divided between France and the Netherlands, both rather stable nations.
