President Medvedev is in Uzbekistan attending a two-day summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Kyrgyzstan’s unrest and Afghan drug trafficking are among the issues at the top of the agenda.
The leaders of the SCO states want to invade (the media will call it "stabilize") Kyrgyzstan in order to prevent it from becoming a parliamentary republic instead of a presidential one.
To members of SCO, you're better get strong and fast because the Americans, who are in the region, have intention to destroy the Treaty of Shanghai. And Karzai? I would have doubts on him as his country is under the occupation of United States. US could use him as a spy for them.
My view - it is not just the drugs problems we are dealing here with - it is huge supply to the western NHS (national health) servises with natural anastetic drugs! And if somebody in constant pain - they would pay any price to get the painkiller! For me this is clear, western NHS should be dealing with this on constractive way (by arranging buisness "flow" with countries that supplying the needed product) and not by sending the arm forces there to get it for FREE! Actually, in my view, Russia as a TRANSIT country, could contribute, by providing smooth ttransition of those natural painkilers to the western NHS! Maria Kuzntsova
