Oh, yes he will make a difference. The first sign will be sexual parades, consisting of mostly foreign half-naked professional provocateurs flashing genitals and trying to impose this perverted american trend in our society. Soros & Co are obsessed and hell-bent on destroying family structures and christian values in eastern europe, mostly in orthodox christian countries with these "parades" and drug-liberalism. A succsessful divide et impera must disintegrate and disconnect people, creating small manageable groups in an eternal conflict. Medvedev is a NWO puppet and a very dangerous development for Russia. Whomever he choose will serve the same interests. Be aware!
