Russia, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Tajikistan could come back to developing Soviet-era economic projects, President Dmitry Medvedev has said at the four-country summit in Sochi.

It all depends how US will react. Afghanistan is an occupied country by the Americans. Pakistan....hmm! many CIA agents work inside Pakistan to destabilize it. Tajiikistan has accepted an American military base to be built in the country supposedly to train soldiers. Let's hope this works but I am convinced that US will not let this happen but who knows.
