Only completely ignorant people would feel any saver or proud ! What is the difference between 2200 or 1500 nukes ? This is all a stupid charade ment to draw Russia into santions and war against Iran and finally have Russia surrounded by American bases. Better join Iran and demand total disarmament from all, starting with the greatest massmurders upon the face of the earth, namely the US and Britain. They are the ones to be sanctioned !!!!

It most certainly is hope. We are truly blessed to have two young (in years), open minded and extremely intelligent Presidents at the same time. The United States and Russia possess 90% of the world's nuclear weapons. If us BIG GUYS (GALS) can do the right thing, the rest of the world is definitely watching. I believe both Presidents Medvedev and Obama are sincere. We have shown the way of cooperation in the International Space Station. Maybe now we can save the planet. Fossil fuels are running out. Are we going to leave our children an overpopulated, dead planet. RUSSIA WE NEED YOU AND YOU NEED US. Let's GET BUSY.
