Is there a point to this "comment"? Being this short, one cannot be sure that it is not taken out of the context, or is just plain silly. Nobody is denying that Russia's bombers "will stay inside Russia". They will stay inside Russia for as long as they, well, are not on a mission to fly strategic overflights. And for as long as this is their mission, they could use a spot to refuel, as well as perform routine maintenance. In flight-refueling is costly, and returning to home basis for routine checks and maintenance is also huge waste of resources. It will make total sense to use such facilities where the conditions exist. Everybody is doing it, what is so unusual about this?
