Is the US media leading America to (another) war?

In the past, war reporters bravely followed soldiers into the jaws of war. Today, it looks like the soldiers are embedded in the media instead, simply going along for the story.

It is about time, that somebody is pulling the wool off the eyes of the whole world. First of all, congratulations to WikiLeaks for the exposure of these informative material. People of the world deserve to receive all the relevant truth. Whether the Yankey leadership likes being exposed to the reallity, or not, the fight is, and will go on for the freedom, that every single human being needs in this world. Obama is simply tranfering the power of a great american unity to another faith. Therefore, I ask all the Islamic nations, please do not sacrifise your young people to war, for they are your retirement fund, unlike the americans do, as it will be handed to you on silver platters. Iraqies, Afghans, Persians, Do not heed to Jewish fable. You, the present american leadership, are the biggest mistake of human evolution. I am an old Communits, but, Long live FREEDOM OF SPEECH!

The management and staff at RT is doing an invaluable service to the American people who have been blinded by their government's brainwashing since 2001 to support the bloody wars of occupation in Afghanistan and Iraq. RT, though, must keep in mind that America did send cruise missiles into the Serb TV station to kill the young staffers and knock the station off the air. The Americans found it intolerable to permit this TV station to play patriotic Serb music to keep up the spirits of the people huddling in dank bunkers in fear of the American 78-day bombardment of their country in the Spring of 1999. Americans only tolerate "freedom of information" that furthers their own agenda.

Not so long ago, people clamming similar convictions with Wikileaks’ founder, expressed vigorously their opinion against the Talibans. Everyone saw images with Talibans beaten people on the street, making public executions of women or doing many other terrorist actions against Afghan people before attacking western targets. This is why they are considered a danger not only for Afghanistan but for the whole international society as it was for the red Khmers or continuing to be for other terrorist groups. And what do we see now? Strange people militating to put Talibans ruling in Afghanistan! Who really are the terrorists?

I agree what mr. Assange said and done...People who doing ongoing genocide in both ilegal (Iraq and Afghanistan) wars, got nothing to blame Julian for their own crimes. He is not involved in their killings in any way but as a fine human he done a his "homework"!Everything what come on WikiLeaks is done by only guilty side in this story...They like to hide the truth and blame man who follow his concience and they "don't see" a sea of blood of innorcent people (their own to) killed by their own hands! I am proud to have a countryman as him..Well done mate and all the best to you! Thank you

The US government is trying to bring the Taliban into the Afghan government. Thye don't need a sissy Karzai government but one which says "death to America" and then the " threat of terrorism" and Pentagon gets a bigger budget and for the rest just listen to US presidents and British prime ministers. I wonder if Wikileaks and even RT realise what they are doing by just saying what the US government want us to hear?? " Taliban is part of Afghan people". Oh yes but without the finance and arming from the US and Pakistan eh???? Can one WESTERN politician come on TV and swear that they don't finance Taliban??? It looks like the Iranian government has got the order to finance Taliban from now on as it becomes too obvious for the US to do so. Remember George Bush telling HAMAS to go and get money from their friends Iran?? They have been doing so ever since so why not Taliban????

We need to start from the beginning. The Taliban went to Texas in 1997 and they were allies of the United States. Prying the lid off this involvement will lead us to uncovering motive for 911 and motive for the Afghan war on the part of the US government. This is not the government of the WW2 generation and far removed from the government of the founding fathers. What have we become? http://bgamall.bravejournal.com/entry/64347
