600 deaths (300 terrorists) is still too high. The Basque terrorist group E.T.A. in Spain needed 40 years to kill 800 people. Even during the worse years there were less than 150 deaths (including terrorists) Given the fact that Georgia´s Sakashvilli can fall under the temptation to help those terrorist groups NATO should make him clear that it is not in the interest of anybody. Better a good relationship and trade among neighboring nations.
