Leave aside the BLAME GAME for a while..!! there is also something called FAIRNESS!! so..if..really you introspect for a moment ,you will find that there is quite a lot of truth when they say that russian foreign policy is not upto the mark..and the approach needs to change ..and that 'much pressure is put on the defense ministry of the russ because of failures on the diplomatic front.. and that there is a 'lot' of dead weight and useless baggage which can 'easily be jettisoned' and generally make the russian diplomacy more smart..from raaj
