The Cold War between Turkey and Armenia is over and Ankara is expecting a visit by President Serzh Sargsyan, said Turkey’s Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.

There is no reason in the world for the two country not to have diplomatic realations. The lines of communications should always be kept open.

As long as Turkey refuses to accept responsibility for its monumental crime (GENOCIDE) against its native Armenian population (l896,1915,1923) therecannot be any dimplomatic relations or genuine and durable peace between the two countries.
