Political target is stability of Ukraine in a very unique background of East European operating collapse or illusion one can be political partner with The West missing experience of its inner values. To capitalize what the people owe means that the parent – Russia – will let go the daughter – Ukraine - into testing her ability to sustain her problems. In other words the point is not to lose the energy of the candidate losing the election and make the active room for candidate number 2. As a slogan Ukraine is voting for “1 plus 1” political system or the basic manifestation of conscientious control of available and only Ukrainian, but limited political energy. It is no time for new foreign loans as they are payable only from dangerous identity fund or from political prostitution in the streets.
