This is good speech but Mr. Sergey Lavrov knows that Russia is fully complaint with the Unilateral imposition of sanctions against the nations Washington wishes to punish. Russia has just announced that it will not sell the S-300 air defense missiles to Iran , . There is a bitter irony to this because in WWII Iranian land was used to bring heavy equipments to the Soviet Union the West. Russia has also forgotten that Iran has indelible right to self defense. Russia has sided with the empire of chaos and has denied Iran adequate air defense. I think we are now seeing the effects of reset with the empire of chaos.

Respectfully , I think that is a grave mistake, primarily against Russian economy , secondly it gives dilution to the red-neck war mongers to create another international Humanity disaster . Spreading nuclear material all around the region , and eventually may involve the Russia too

Much of what Mr Lavrov says augurs well for a fairer, better World Future... And yet. it comes just a day after the cancellation of the intended Defensive Missile System for Iran. We've come to expect a more straightforward Russia, not one given to the double speak of others??? (it's absolutely shameful).

You people obviously do not understand. Unilateral sanctions will not work, but comprehensive, internationally-coordinated sanctions against dangerous regimes like North Korea and Iran will force them to act more responsibly. Russia is under a great threat from traitorous regimes like NK and Iran, and if we do not act like the responsible global citizens we are, then Russia will remain threatened by them. This cannot stand. NK and Iran must change their ways. Russia has not made any double-speak, she is only warning USA against imposing sanctions by herself without consulting the world, because one country imposing sanctions will only harm trade, not bring about the change we need.
