The UN resolution on North Korea has symbolic rather than practical value, Lawrence Korb from the Center for American Progress said. The country is ready to starve its people to keep up its military, he added.

Symbolic this is more of point scoring to me I believe that North Korea has yet been bullied yet again by the folly of the U.S. imperialist/movement to try yet again to control the world by every outcome. I fully sympathise with North Korea trying to advance by their own means. Remember world that being with the crowd does'nt mean that you also have independence too it just is that way if we all allow all Governmental auctions to try to create the world by the U.S way and the U.N. way. As North Korea goes their way of life is simplistic they create these weopens to help secure their country from foreign influence, and thus they live within their means which is more than the rest of the world does they run out of money to put leverage over other countries to tell them to pay for their mistakes and that is simply unfair and unnacceptable. As of U.N. resolutions they are nothing more than life's stumbling blocks not life enforcing and how can the U.N. put sanctions on a country that has independently pulled out of a truce that does not make any sense what-so-ever. As an anti Imperialist I think all types of foreign intervention is wrong allow each and every country to by their own traditional and evolutionary means. So RT do not get influenced by the coporate media or governmental leverage like other silly and useless U.S. news casters too.

Agreed - but then most UN resolutions seem to be ineffective, especially against authoritian regimes like that in North Korea. UN sanctions won't have any significant impact on the lifestyle of the people at the top and they obviously don't care about the rest of the country.
