Czech president Vaclav Klaus, who is widely known as a Eurosceptic, has put his pen to the EU’s Lisbon Treaty agreement.

Last night my Russian wife asked me when the election for the President of Europe would be. I had to tell her it would be an unelected position . She expressed great surprise at this. Maybe Mr. Putin had a very valid point a little while back when he told the British Government it had no place lecturing him about democracy.

If it is to be united really, Europe needs a single language. To be fair to everyone and also bring back to life a unique culture, I say Latin should be considered as that single language. If stared today, in one generation Europe could really be united.. and thinking intellegently and with one mind. What do you think?
