The North Caucasus also has the highest fertility rate in the Russian Federation, so it is a promising market of 9 million people placed between Europe and Asia. Sejkparatism will not dissapear with economic development as the examples of Flanders, Quebec or Catalonia remind us...but they will fall to managable levels and will express itself through peaceful politiical parties which are against violence. According to the polls in Flanders or Catalonia only around 9% of the population supports secession.
