It’s OK to prosecute perpetrators whom had stolen billions in the West-that is US & England, but Not in Russia. One should ask the question why? Because those who had stolen billions of dollars in Russia they transferred the stolen money to the West-US & England, but those who had stolen money in the West did not transfer the money to Russia. When the USSR disintegrated Jews from Russia had bought enterprises at the grab-for-nothing price with the help of Jews like George Soros and trillions of dollars were transferred illegally to US & England by the Russians-Jewish oligarchs which prolonged the demise of the West for another decade. Had that not happened West would have collapsed long before Russian rubble defaulted because Rothschilds are sucking their wealth like termites in a wood.

Billionaire thieves around the world need to be severely punished. There is no excuse for these thieves to live a life of luxury while their victims suffer. Bust them all. Expose their devious methods. Take all of their wealth and let them work for a living, or starve. Have absolutely no mercy on any of this scum. They have caused countless deaths and misery by their unhuman greed and sleezy methods. Take down the corrupt theiving politicians along with this other scum. The United States does not seem to have what it takes to bring down their billionaire thieves and special interest scum politicions. Perhaps P. M. Putin can give America some pointers on how to punish scumbags and how to look out for the best interest of working Americans. Hard working Americans are currently being left unrepresented and feel betrayed by office holders because of the unjust bailouts of rich bankers, Wall street crooks and other blood suckers who are ruining America for their own selfish personal gain.

If there is any way these crooks can be given multiple life sentences so they cannot ever get out of prison it serves them right That would help protect citizens from future scams by the same perpetrators. It would also be a good gesture for the Russian people who had to go hungry while the thieves were stealing billions. Also, it would be a good idea to track down the money they moved out of country and seize it and property outside the country. Good luck and may justice move swiftly.

Peter is absolutly right. Since Mr Putin made that observation about jailing gangster; I shall provide a few more remarks. Here, in France, like in England, criminals have more rights than decent citizen. For instance, according to suiss medias, the franco-polish movies' maker-rapist: Polanski was sent free, after the interventions of his good friend Nicolas Sarkozy to the suiss autorities. In our country, all those who cheat the system or steal millions € are heros, write books and become rich (this include ex-political leaders). In thePolanski ' s case which I know rather well ( I lived in the USA in 1977 when the rape took place, then, the US justice' sentence). Not a single french "bolchevisé" media mentionned the Sarkozy's intervention. (Have the Geneve's medias, all lied !). I would have liked if Mr Putin will have gone back to Moscow with the little Liza and her mother. Russians have the right to use blackmail as well as does the frenchs. According to french medias, your Primier Ministre came to France to beg for help (to save your automobiles and gas' industries, among other genious french transfers of technology requests). Mister Putin was lucky because our cynical, machiavelic comedian was in South-America. Sorry Future French Generations, we have reached the paroxysme of mediocrity and we still beleive to be the nombril of the World. I wish for you to go see what Russia is becoming. There is still Hope. Think Positive. Jean-Claude Meslin

From what I hear on the web, thieves like Madoff may soon be considered the "lucky" ones, because they got imprisoned before the lynch mobs formed on the street. Those prison cells might eventually be viewed as shark cages - you want to be inside one, not outside. So many crooks, so few lamp posts . . .

In the same vein (same guys different color ties) What about the boys that held a noose around russia's neck for the last eighty or so years . We can't do much about the dogs that have since (zdohlee), but at least disgrace their memory and deeds for the ages to come. If someone should desecrate your home, would you give them a position of honour?, why then is the jewish german kalmyk (no racial offence intended- but you get the drift), georgian thugashvilli and other bolshevik mehrzost whose poisonous ideas and carcasses are defiantly still polluting Russia's soul and soil. PS. the amount of wealth both human and monetary that was stolen and squandered by these socialist aristocrat bandits can't even be quantified.

It is my observation that there are billions of humans who have healthy brains and therefore, the health of the ego is strong. Clearly the egos of the BILLIONAIRES CLUB (George W. Bush tried his best to get Prime Minister Putin to join) are not just sick, these people who have amassed billions and trillions of dollars simply because they can? NO, because they did and do by the ways and means as always: cannibalism. Say what it is and say what it isn't. It is not a civilized world in the 21st Century. It is the death spiral of millions of humans who have inbred their "families" for far too long and now they cannot (this is actually a very sad reality for us all) even begin to understand that it is truly the zombie dead walking reaching critical mass decomposition. Look at the French leader and one can see he is not working with a full deck. And then the guy in Georgia. I don't care to take the time to even repeat their names in print because they are psychos. PSYCHOLOGICAL KILLERS MOSTLY RULE EARTH. And the reason these humans have become too ill to even know they are human and killing their own kind is because of the inbreeding and then the TRANSNATIONALS (corporations) intentionally manufactured to enslave all the planet via the "Masters of the Universe" and their digitized debt sold as money. When human beings think they are GODS and there is no such thing as balance in nature - just ask Al GORE the greatest show on earth about what happens when critical mass GOD-COMPLEX catches up with the mirror-mirror faux image. TIME for all degenerates of earth to be carefully handled and taken into the places which were manufactured by them, but we must fix these institutions into much saner healing centers than where they have chosen to "imprison MOSTLY the innocent!": GITMO.
