This is clear strategy of literally and figuratively Pentagon is testing the waters and the will of Russia. Was not in the Russian media few days ago Russia gave NATO freedom to observe the locations of Russia’s military installation in the entire country and in exchange Russia was given the chance to do the same over Spain! I though this was a joke at first so I read it twice before I realised it was not a joke.

Russians will be hemmed not according to the style 1941 Operaton Barbarossa but in more style , step by step way all the while enticing the Russians to mutual rapprochements and reset! If the Russians have not already this and similar obvious warning signs seriously, they should.

It is just part of preparations for the upcoming war against Russia, late 30s in the first decade of the 21century. This time the Fourth Reich is united under Anglophone leadership. Russia better re-aim those rockets towards the enemies of Russia.

U.S. is testing how Russia Federation is going

to respond his moves.

Days and time are very accurate for entering U.S.

warships and U.S. aircarriers in to the Black Sea.

It is well planned from the U.S. white house.

Russia should rebuild its naval power in South America and the Middle East.  The US is like a rabid wolf and when it smell weakness it attacks. Have no doubt of the US ambition to balkanize Russia and take control of its resources.

Have naval or other military exercises with CUBA OR Venezuela.Sell off those US treasuries faster, give the US some ultimatums for once, Why are you playing footsies with Israel, Remember who supported Georgia and still is, also who was the mafia in the 90's that robbed the Russian people blind, They called them the "Russian Mafia" but really? Mogilevich, Berezovsky, Khordorvsky, Goussinsky etc., these same people that live in Brighton Beach NY., I'd worry about these people that Putin got rid off causing trouble in Russia then saber rattlinG by NATO OR the US. fred..oregon, usa

Russians would finally have to understand that NATO and the U.S. are not partners.
If Russia fails in its naivety of the "friendly" cooperation with the U.S. and NATO damages the whole rest of the world.
Valid : With  the devil can not work together. Devil -evil must be removed.
Russians would  to rethink  how  would have to respond appropriately.
Applies: If the U.S. devil does not feel threatened himself he will be  destroy and kill all the rest of the world.

Instead of complaining, respond, the US and NATO love to saber rattle, they only attack weak countries, they're just trying to irritate Russia, I say Russia irritate them back because Americans scare easy, just have military maneuvers off the Florida coast with CUBA and Venezuela. Plus, that will impress the world...Imagine if you and China would have a naval exercise in the straits of Japan, The sale of tranquilizers would rise in the US population, illegal drugs too. fred....oregon, usa

¬Moscow tells US to stay out of Kurils dialogue “The United States’ attempts to question Russia’s sovereignty over the Lesser Kuril Islands are inappropriate, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement issued on Thursday. The US should not interfere in the Russian-Japanese dialogue over the islands, the ministry added. The statement was issued after talks on Tuesday between the US and Japan in Washington, where the two states agreed, among other things, to work together on the stabilization of relations between Russia and Japan by resolving the issue of ownership for the Northern Territories (the Japanese name for the Lesser Kurils). Russia argues that their claim to the islands, which have been under Soviet (and then Russian) administration since the end of the Second World War, resulted from The San Francisco Peace Treaty, which forced Japan to relinquish sovereignty over them. Japan disputes this claim.” (RT) what is unmistakably clear is that the United States have decided provoking Russia is better choice for the U.S geo-strategic interests at this historical moment than a rapprochement with Russia. Thus, we see multiple signals which point to this conclusion: moving Missile radar to Eastern Europe, increasingly aggressive military maneuvers closer to Russia’s borders, putting pressure on countries which are friendly with Russia, U.S deliberate interference on Russia’s territorial sovereignty. If the Russians move few strong military installations closer to the U.S border, the Americans would go crazy. Perhaps the Russians are playing cool but the Americans are acting provocative ways toward Russia these days.

Citizen K: the heck with what the US thinks or questions, what are they going to do about it? Remember Clinton warning Russia of "great consequences" during the Georgian war. Russia should keep the Kuril Islands!!!...let the US give up Guatanamo, England the Falklands or the US give up their hundreds of bases around the world. You notice because of the power of the Jewish lobbies only Nazi crimes are always discussed(rightly so) but what about the Armenian massacres by Turks.or Japanese barbarisms in China,, Philippines and the rest of Asia.. nothing!!!! why?, The US is controlled by powerful Zionist money. fred...oregon, usa

fred What about if some in Russia’s ruling elite are willing to put their own economic and the political private interests above that of the nation? In particular the President of Russia and his clique of supporters have not taken sharply worded firm position on the U.S march towards to the borders of Russia. I think this is a factor we need to consider when examining what seems Russia’s weakness in responding to these U.S provocations.
