What I didn"t hear in your newscast is that Hillary Clinton stated that Pakistan was capitulating to the Taliban. Iam surprised you did not mention that. I would like to have an answer if possible.

I apologize, Clinton said "abdicate" and not capitulate as I stated. Although capitulate is probably more on target.

A very important primary requirement I feel , is not ,NOT, always to think with 'military' behind your mind during the talks and also not always think 'strategic'or 'tactical' and similar orientations..!!which I feel is a hindrance rather than a help. All problems have a 'basic problem solving ingredients, when justly and fairly administered, the problem is well on the way ..to solution..!! Also ,a ZOMBIE type expectation and requirement from the F>M> on the russ. side also needs to be changed and altered. from raaj joshi
