Sharapova and Williams clash finally underway

Action has resumed at Wimbledon after another rain delay on Tuesday. There is plenty of Russian interest in the upcoming fourth-round showdown featuring the 2004 Wimbledon queen Maria Sharapova, who'll face three time champ Venus Williams.
The winner of the match will meet Russian Svetlana Kuznetsova in the last eight. In other matches Venus Williams' younger sister Serena will be on court against the top seed Justine Henin, and Marion Bartoli will take on Michaella Krajicek.
In men's action Andy Roddick bet Paul-Henri Mathieu in straight sets 7-2 7-5 7-6.
In other today's matches Richard Gasquet is playing against his French compatriot Jo-Wilfried Tsonga for the right to face Roddick in the next round. Robin Soderling managed will take on world number two Rafael Nadal. And the winner of the unfinished yesterday's game between Nicolas Kiefer and Novak Djokovic will also be announced.
In yesterdays action Lleyton Hewitt and Russia's Nikolay Davydenko both went through to the fourth round. Hewitt defeated Guillermo Canas in four sets. And the Russian player was better than Gael Monfils from France 6-3 7-5 6-3.
