Boy George treats Moscow clubbers

The world's most famous new romantic Boy George has been spinning the decks in Moscow for an international crowd of fans.

Like-minded partygoers and fashionistas who'd gathered at the plush Moscow club had high expectations.

They were treated to a DJ set by none other than former Culture Club front man, the outrageous ‘Karma Chameleon’ himself, with his trademark red hat and snappy make-up.

DJing since seventeen

Boy George stepped into the spotlight in the 80s as the lead singer of Culture Club. Breaking conventions and taboos, his hit songs include Victims and Do You Really Want to Hurt Me?

He never suited his real name George O'Dowd, so he became Boy George and he's been DJing since he was 17.

Author of the autobiographical musical 'Taboo' and his book 'Take It Like A Man,' Boy George never hid his individuality and was never afraid of being outspoken.

The star now lives in New York and has his own fashion label called B-Rude. After several scandals involving drugs, the 47- year-old artist says there's always something to confront.
