Ice hockey's Superleague grand final will go to a fifth and final play-off decider after Lokomotiv beat Salavat Yulaev on home ice. There was almost nothing between the two teams. But the Yaroslavl side snatched victory with just minutes to spare.
Meanwhile Lokomotiv and Salavat Yulaev have learned who they'll be playing in next year's Continental Hockey League.
The draw has been made for the new format which aims to overtake the NHL as the world's leading championship.
It was a glamorous setting in Moscow for what could become the number one club contest. Teams from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Latvia will all play each other. Their names were pulled out of tombowlas – to make up four divisions.
Salavat Yulaev were grouped with Dynamo Minsk from Belarus. While Lokomotiv are alongside Dynamo Riga and Avangard.
Last years champions Metallurg Magnitogorsk have a tough task. They're grouped with CSKA Moscow and SKA.
