Pop music's Karma Chameleon, Boy George, has shocked fans in Moscow with his command of the Russian language. The Eighties chart-topper from the UK stunned crowds at the Bacardi B-Live music festival by singing in Russian with the Pyatnitsky folk choir.
At 47, Boy George is still full of surprises. The singer and DJ is a frequent guest of the Russian capital. He says he’s totally in love with Russia and her music. And to prove that, he learned the language.
Boy George, who's real name is George O'Dowd, showed off his Russian in a performance with the Pyatnitsky folk choir.
“There are a lot of things to explore in Russia,” Boy George said later.
