Today we will talk about the Russian Constitution. The Russian Federation has been living under the current Fundamental Law for 15 years. This year, the Constitution underwent the first major change to its text – the terms for the President and State Duma deputies are being extended. Do these amendments signal the beginning of a series of changes to the Constitution or will Fundamental Law remain sacrosanct? We’ll be talking about it with the chairman of the Constitutional Court, Valery Zorkin.
