Today we will talk about the geopolitics of the post-Soviet countries. The year is coming to an end and it’s time to draw some conclusions. This year was a year of change in many respects, most notably as regards to relations of the US with the outside world. But what was happening and changing in the countries of the former-USSR outside Russia? We’ll be discussing this question with Professor of Political Science at Columbia University Robert Legvold.
