Today we will talk about the humanitarian situation in South Ossetia. A nine-member cross-party delegation from the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) is visiting Russia and Georgia from 22 to 25 September. The delegation is also due to visit Tskhinval and other villages in South Ossetia. The head of the delegation, Luc Van den Brande, is the guest of Spotlight today.
