Sure, the west is trying to provoke Russia into military conflict, but Putin is just waiting for the west to make the first move.People in the US had enough from wars. They have no more money to spend on wars.Russia wont back down.

US Secretary of State John Kerry (R) and US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affaires Victoria Nuland pose before a meeting between representatives from Ukraine, the EU, and Russia on April 17, 2014 in Geneva. They sure make a nice couple of birdbrains.

The problem with Crosstalk is the poor quality of many of the guests. There are much more critical and historically educated scholars in America that can provide a critique but unfortunately they hail from the Marxist School of thought which in spite of all the disparagement by bourgeois intellectuals has not been surpassed in either accuracy regarding the laws of motion of capitalist development or the political upshot that such a critique entails. RT is essentially "liberal" in it's outlook. And people call it left HA! Here we all are caught up in inter-imperialist rivalries which in the end are good for no one.

One way of explaining the war mongering and betrayal of Kerry/Nuland/Western Military machine/shills on this message board, is that they are desperately trying to throw their own country, the United States, under the bus now that the people are waking up...

Ye p. I've reached similar conclusions. There's no way this is good for the US and no way it's all accidental. But I don't think they have complete control of what they're doing, whether they want to accept that fact or not..

The USgovt is operating a 20th century imperialism scenario, but the 21st century paradigm is shifting toward cooperation economically, and geopolitically. USgovt hegemony is simply unsustainable, especially when it promotes conflict and tyranny that the whole world can see.

Those are the earmarks of the Jesuit coneheads in the Vatican and banking system, phobos and diemos, fear and treachery. Get "homo capensis". I think we are all going to see the evil species soon !

Marcus Papadopoulos says that Bashar Assad regime in Syria is secular?! That is absurd and distortive of fact and reality. Assad's regime and his father's (Hafez) are pure sectarian based on 7% Nusayris of Syria controlling all resources, all government organs, and abusing the majority (80% Sunnis) with help from a 3% Christians, a few Ismaelis, a few Druz, and a dozen or so Sunnis. Assads' regimes have been anything but Nazi-like sectarian Nusayri minority practicing ugliest practices of old fascism against 80% of the population for over 4 decades.

The Russians and their mouthpieces everywhere should be ashamed in their rotten hypocrisy, siding with true fascism in Syria and Egypt, but condemning the one in Kiev.

Peter Lavelle always makes sure that the so-called "intelligent guests" on his show do not appear to bully or over take all others, who have an equally important message to give his viewers. A well balanced show - Great job Peter !

N ot true Jennet, Lavelle flies into tantrums, gesticulates madly and verbally denounces guests with views that differ to his. The antithesis of how an impartial presenter should behave.
