Top Russian basketball functionary shot dead in Moscow

Russian Basketball Federation member and general director of current women’s European champions Spartak Moscow region, Shabtai Kalmanovich, has been shot dead.

this guy was a KGB Agent who went to Israel, spied on Russina immigrants and the Israeli government, then returned to Russia and got rich. Who settled what scores with him ? who knows. he was jewish, too, so there are probably lots of people who would like to go after him.

Another Mafia killing? Wow, this is sounding like Chicago in the 1930s again. I keep looking at the Russian Prosecutor's Office for another "Elliot Ness" figure. Good luck.
