History could be made in the boxing ring in Las Vegas when Manny Pacquiao faces off against Ricky Hatton in their light welterweight title bout late on Saturday.
Two of Hatton's belts are on the line in what's been called the Battle of the East and West.
Pacquiao, fighting in the junior welterweight category for the first time, has a chance to walk away with the Englishman's IBO junior welterweight crown and Ring Magazine light welterweight title.
Hatton, weighing in right at the 140 pound (63.5 kg) weight limit, has never lost in this category.
The Filipino icon has won titles in five different weight classes and will be tied for a record-sixth if he beats the Manchester Hitman.
‘Golden Boy’ Oscar de La Hoya was the only other boxer to have accomplished that, before Pacquiao recently sent him into retirement.
