Arsenal playmaker Andrey Arshavin is set to return to English Premier League action after a three week absence due injury on Saturday.
Arsenal face London rivals Fulham away at Craven Cottage and Gunners coach Arsene Wenger told Sky Sports that his Russian star is fit to play.
"Arshavin should be back,” the Frenchman told Sky Sports News. "He gives us an attacking option which is always very interesting. Away from home he is always very efficient."'
"He is a guy that turns up at the right moment or can score himself," he added.
Arshavin has been out since the beginning of September with groin and knee injuries.
He last played for Arsenal in their August 29 clash with Manchester United and scored a splendid goal from a long-range effort.
The 28-year-old then went to the Russian team, helping them achieve a crucial 3-1 victory against Wales in the World Cup 2010 qualifiers. He delivered a pass on goal, but also sustained his injury.
Arsene Wenger said that another key player in his squad, Theo Walcott, is also likely to be back on the pitch after injury against Fulham, while keeper Manuel Almunia will remain on the sidelines due to a chest infection.
