Brazil joins US in Confed Cup finals

Brazil have booked their place in the final of the Confederations Cup after pinching a late 1-0 win over hosts South Africa.
Surprisingly, it was South Africa who was arguably the better squad on the night as the Bafana Bafana midfielder Steven Pienaar was named the man of the match by FIFA.
But with the defense and keepers of both teams on top form and extra-time looming, a late free kick by Brazil sub Daniel Alves secured the win.
The Barcelona defender curled in the set-piece just two minutes from full time.
The five-time World Champions progress through to play the US in the final, to be held on June 28.
