Russian side, Dynamo Moscow, will take on Scottish Premier League side, Dundee United, in the third qualifying round of the Europa League.
The draw took place at the headquarters of the European football’s governing body, UEFA, in the Swiss city of Lyon on Friday.
Another Russian representative in the tournament, Anzhi Makhachkala, is to face the best team in the tie between Dutch side Vitesse and Bulgaria’s Lokomotiv Polovdiv.
But this will only happen if Guus Hiddink’s men manage to hold on to their 1-0 advantage in the away leg of their second round tie against Hungarian side Honved next week.
The third round qualifying matches are scheduled to take place on August 2 and 9, with the winners progressing to the Europa League play-offs.
