As football fever spreads across Russia before Saturday’s clash against Germany, RT managed to nab Russia’s main success-maker, national team head coach Guus Hiddink, for an exclusive interview.

Speaking to RT’s correspondent, the Dutchman mulls over the home advantage count at the Luzhniki arena, ways of containing the Germans and Russia's chances of collecting all three points.

It’s not only an automatic plane ticket to South Africa 2010 on the line when Guus Hiddink's side hosts Germany on Saturday, but the small matter of revenge for their only loss of the qualifying campaign to date.
