It is a good idea but Russia should also make sure than the great majotity of russians who will not sign a professional contract in sports and cultural activities have decent facilities to keep themselves out of drinking, smoking and drugs's habits. We have similar problems in France to which we can add lazyness. The consequences are seen actually in all international competitions. , the new french citizen are more serious and dedicated to sports that the french of european descent. Personatly, I admire the minorities success. The same phenomenon took place in America.
