But if the players + the  admin behind them are sponsoured by the taxpayers, then why not punish them by reducing their salaries and putting the money to better use, eg fighting the drought in Krasnodar ?  It is crazy that the Polish state, for example, sponsours from the taxpayers money Polish soccer teams and white collar staff involved in soccer when at the same time there is no money to buy medicine for oncological state owned hopsitals.

This is stupid! Anyone who supports such inhumane and illogical law deserves to be shot! Seriously!?!?!?! How can you punish an athlete for making a few mistakes! You people can't do any better! Russia doesn't have a GREAT team! They have a lot of individuals who think they are a great team! What have they achieved? Nothing!
