This whole situation is bit strange for me. I'm Pole and i have no bad feeling towards Russians. Non of my friends does. I think that the same situation is in Russia. So, why mainstream media (at least in western countries and Poland) try to convince us that we hate each other?
I remember what was said in BBC before Euro- "Don't go there! If you're white you'll lost your wallet and if you're black they will kill you". Nothing happened and now they desperately look for SOMETHING. So we have swastica in Ukraine (this is my favour topic on BBC. Did they forget about prince Harry and his performace in ss uniform?) and sawage Russian fans- 20 idiots out of 30000 Russians- very representative group...

Is anyone really shocked by this its Russia? You just wait till the World Cup.  Most of Russian fans come to enjoy the game often with family and their children. These acts are of radicals.. hooligan soccer fans and minorities often driven by historical agenda. This happened when Russia played Finland for qualifiers for Fifa 2010 now here.... both countries fought for NAZI Germany at some point. Watch what happens when Russian plays Greece.... Greek players get hand shakes and sign autographs for Russian fans. Similar situation with Russia-Armenia fans hold sign "Russia heart Armenia".  
Like I said these are not acts of majority and must be addressed.

To all the idiots on this board decrying "Russian racism" etc.:  Why should there be any blacks living in Russia? The only reason that most black Africans and Muslims want to go to Russia is to satisfy their lust by getting at Russian women, anyway - why the hell should Russians be fine with that? Ordinary white people, from Russia or any other country, are not able to walk down the street freely without being attacked, let alone SETTLE there and chase after the women, in ANY black African or Muslim nation (OR in heavily black or Muslim areas inside other countries). Why should Russians or any other East Europeans consent to the raping of their societies by wild savages for the sake of appearing "non-racist"? All politics aside, this is bullsh*t... Such things should not happen in soccer... those people who beat up poor security guys should face real opponents in a fair fight. This is disgraceful to Russia and Russian people.
I am a Russian and I'm embarrassed for such idiotic behavior.  Security done nothing but it's job which is make sure of safe environment for the fans and players. Also they are in a tough position because they do not know who is going to attack, and who they must try and protect. People who done this are spineless punks put them in a real fight.
