Serena hits jackpot in Doha

Serena Williams has hit the jackpot in the season-ending tournament in Doha earning earned $1.55 million and regaining top seat in WTA ranking previously occupied by Dinara Safina.
Williams Jr the title at Sony Ericsson Championships beating big sister Venus 6-2, 7-6 in the final.
Serena broke twice in the first set and never faced a break point. She looked sharper than Venus in every momemt of the match that featured few long rallies and little of the spectacular tennis the two had provided in some of their previous meetings.
Serena finished the season-ending event undefeated for the second time in her career.
