What can we expect of country where the police forces are made up of heartless morons and retarded imbeciles most of whom are uneducated and of the lowest class in society, bad breeding and violent upbringing? Unlike British police women and men who are exemplary of efficient ladies and gentlemen.

I feel sorry for Non-Jewish Americans - Jews are safe because they own everything

It could be the police are told to react this way to precondition the public for more dracomian mashal law coming in the future. They want the public afraid of authority. Traning the sheep you sheep you might say.

Militarization of police has led to this. An "investigation& quot; will be done that says "policy" was followed. The problem is "policy". If the policy were that a dead man is against policy, these gang-bangers wearing badges would become unemployed, and abuse of police powers would drop. FYI: "land of the free" has never been true for blacks, Indians, Mexicans, and for various periods, Irish, Italians, etc. You are brainwashed if you live in America and think you live in the land of the free.

That is exactly it, they are trying to hide what really happened. See police departments are not wanting to have that curious citizen who is watching or even recording these events. For so long they have not been questioned about how they perform their duties. But with today's technology they are finding that they have a lot of corrupt police officers on the force. Not all officers are bad police men or women. But every department has a select few.

CHP steroid and cocaine babies for the cartels. I hope after a few of them overdose or die from testicular cancer that they take care of this situation and "burn" every crooked cop. The bullying has gone on for far to long and it's time to end a little bit of their shoot to kill when questioned campaigns.

Cuz the cops have no right to take personal property unless it was used in the crime or it belongs to the victim or criminal which are the cops in this instance unless they have a warrant cops always say that they are taking phones as evidence when's something's recorded but its suppose to be voluntarily which most people will just give up their phones to help the police catch a terrorist, rapist, or murderer etc but this was the police murdering they really wanted those videos so they can say he was fighting them and they was no excessive force etc they don't let u know if u don't want to give ur cell u don't have 2

Rachelle Shipps 24.05.2013 03:51

If the police tell you that they are confiscating your cell phones for evidence because you took photos or video of police brutality you have the right to refuse to hand it over and tell them that you want to see a warrant issued by a judge in writing stating that you must hand over your cell and if you would like you can ask to be present when the police asks for the warrant so that you can tell the judge why you don't want to hand it over in the mean time u can email it to yourself , post 2 facebook etc. you can tell the judge u need ur cell daily and u cant go out n but a new 1 but am willing 2 email it to police
