This article makes a great point. Many Americans do live in fear of their children calling the police. You cant discipline your own children, because it may be consider "Domestic Violence" or "Child Abuse" of course disciplining children is very subjective depending on someones upbringing or culture. But again, she's made a great point on social institution and government corrupting children too call the police on their parents just because the child doesn't see fit of their parents rules.

on this particular article this does happen daily in america. im betting it does in russia too? but not like here this would be the way police want it! theres no doubt that american police do not give a hoot about anybody including the kids allthough they pretend too. in america police want 1 thing mostly. to somehow intrude in your space be it car or house so they can snoop and find something anything to bust you and throw you in jail. my oldest son 14 just called the cops on me last year for allededly hitting him.(reality is i just tried to ground him he hit me) he did it because he just wanted me out so he could have his way around the house with no discipline. well it worked too jail i went. here the cops throw you in jail first then find out if your innocent or guilty later. now the said boy is living with his biological father we lost 2 other children also and 2 families split up what looks permanently. and i was innocent but im poor so i had no choice but to plead guilty or the judge,da would of punished me more with prison time. poor in america= no justice!

Kids ratting on their parents to the police is not very common I don't think. It does happen however, but usually only low life scumbags (a.k.a. White Trash) who live in the ghetto. You need to understand something though, as I think most people who don't live in America have this false understanding...We Americans are not free. We do not have personal liberty. In fact, people who live in the Netherlands for example, have more freedom than Americans do. American's live in bondage thanks to criminal organizations like the Federal Reserve, etc. There are so many Departments within the Federal Government, we can't even purchase Psuedoephedrin HCL without providing some form of state-issued phot ID. We live in a police state unfortunately, and I wanted to get that point across. Americans are by no stretch of the imagination "Free".

This is the fault of the people who consider spanking to be child abuse. I saw a video of a five year old girl weakly attempting to hit her teachers while the obese teacher stepped back from the girl and did nothing. The girl continued throwing her fit so what did the school do? They called the police who came and handcuffed the child and arrested her. If I can't control a foolish five year old then why can a police officer arrest her? Think about it. Why is a police officer allowed to use more force than a teacher or parent? I would've grabbed that kids arms and sat her down in the nearest chair. - HARD! Then called her parents and told them to come get her.
Shame on some of you for sticking your nose into other people's business for that's what's caused this police state in the first place.

I was such a witch when I was younger, mostly because it's just in my nature.  Like I'm naturally a brat and jealous and everything.  Not because I got everything I wanted but because I didn't get what I wanted, and I felt entitled.  My parents made me work to help the family out, and i was like the only one in my friendship circle to have to do that, and I was like the only one without a car, so I was a loser, and i hated my parents for that.  They made me quit soccer and ride my bicycle everywhere to help and babysit.  So?  It's just a lot of American kids are spoiled brats with no understanding of respect.  It's the fault of our culture that uses rebellion for social unity.  By telling kids to rebel against their parents, they gain control of the children and the children follow the lead of celebrities and other creations designed to mold us a certain way in my opinion.
