Be very careful what you write. Billions are spent looking for those who think naughty thoughts about financial institutions.

Judge Howard Shore is a fascist and a enemy against democracy

It's very simple. These banks, with the support of the government and the police, will stop at NOTHING to silence FREE SPEECH! The government has stolen money from the people to rescue a bank, which if it were any other business, would have been allowed to fail. Having done this, they must protect what they have rescued and so, innocent little people must be punished! The ONLY way to stop this is to STOP dealing with these criminal banks...DON'T bank with Bank of America or any other criminal banks... fight back for God's sake!

I have a grudge against BofA that goes back to the 90s. It's a good thing I'm not on trial.

Big Joke, anything to protect the banks, lockup the whistlers, hardcores, and make the rest slaves

If the free speech argument is disallowed because free speech is not mentioned in the vandalism statutes, then is drawing on sidewalks with chalk mentioned in the same statutes?

T hat would seem to disallow the claim that an act of vandalism has been performed.

Anonymous user 10.07.2013 19:04

Raping a 16 year old girl gets you 3 years, drawing on the sidewalk can get you 13. Sounds right.

Anonymous user 10.07.2013 18:11

vandalism law and definition, look it up

Anonymous user 10.07.2013 18:10

Vandalism is defined as a person causing serious physical damage to a structure or contents.

Anonymous user 10.07.2013 18:07

2) No person shall knowingly cause "serious physical harm" to property.
