Since 1935 not one cent has been put into escrow, nothing but IOU's. It was at first a tax upon the people with holding jobs. Actionally, money was stolen to spread long overdue ventures into then incipient Socialism.

Taxing sugar, candies, chips, fast food, and basically anything high in fat, sugar or sodium, also tv's and video games that contribute to our sedentary (and unhealthy) lifestyles is an excellent idea. These would be sin taxes like those on tobacco and alcohol. And to promote good health, taxes on healthy products should be lowered
