Obama is keeping his promise of being transparent. Under him the government is showing that it is a true police state without even attempting to hide it anymore. The government is openly flaunting the supreme law of the land and trampling on all those who appose it.

All dictators fall and all empires fail. This will end in with the total demise of all that once was America.

Hitler also had secret courts. Dictatorship

23:05 Please read and study the Patriot Act in full-It redefines and preempts the Constitution.

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 23:05

A bill of attainder is the Law of the land now?

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 22:17

The Judge made a good ruling, proof of harm violates The Patriot Act, that replaced the Constitution

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 17:29

It is same as major historical events that need no proof or evidence, just repeating lie after lie

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 17:15

Then why didn't she convict Pres. BC for tour guiding Chinese gov't officials around top secret site

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 16:36

So the US "justice" system has now cancelled the need to prove anything--just like the NDAA already.

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 16:27

Appeal to those that sometimes uphold the constitution, the Supreme Court.

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 16:26

That's the definition of an activist judge. The Judicial System is corrupt to the bones!

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 16:24

Who bought and paid for this judge?

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 16:23

I tell you, the US follows no laws. Bush's patriot act destroyed this country.

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 16:11

This judge has effectively replaced proof with speculation.

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 16:08

Give me enough time to prepare my argument and I can find just about anything damaging in some way.

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 14:40

If the information released is not damaging, it is an abuse of power to consider it classified.

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 14:35

No need for fact, just kill them, huh judge?

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 14:32

13:40The Constitution has been null and void for some time-The illusion of it is a carrot on a stick

Anonymous user 30.07.2013 13:40

Headline might as well read: "Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly declares First Amendment null and void."
