Why did he give him his password? I will only give my password if a Judge orders it, that is it, no way around it.

to stop this from getting worse, we need to rise up as a nation and force the government to stop these practices, impeach any official who breaks our constitution. if we dont, we will eventualy turn into a dictatorship as history has shown with rome, germany, italy. better stop it now then wait to long, when the criminals in our government have the ability to assassinate anyone on a mass scale.

What about the international airports??? Every biger city have one. So if you see it from this p.o.v. than the whole country is covered...

Actually the constitution should extend to 12 miles out to sea where international waters begin. And it should also extend to within any US embassy.

That no surprise; in the U.S, the government, the arm of the government and others has always find some reason or the other to violate the rights of others......that's it's history......the criminals in the government have now turned on their own people.

I disagree with the judge. The Constitution of the UNITED STATES is from border to border. Meaning the entire land mass of the U.S is covered under the Constitution. Probably a bought and paid for judge.

More fascist behavior from a government that has become irrelevant in the global scheme of things. Time for Russia and China to deal the death blow to the this bankrupt country and put us out of our misery.

John P. Willison 02.01.2014 06:21

Underestimated or not the US just wants to control everything it can. We all know there is no winning anything with Russia those guys don't mess around. But I'm sure we will have our noses stuck up there butts soon enough.
