If the US is concerned about it's border's wouldn't it be stock piling navel defense weaponry. Hollow point ammunition's are for tactical combat. This country is surrounded by water and between Canada and Mexico, so I guess that means look out eh' and buena compra!

For the one who said Jacketed hollow points *do NOT* "explode on impact". I hate to break it to ya but that is what the design of the hallow point is for, "Frag" is the term. Jacketed only means that there will be metal with the lead frag. Anyone who has shot hallow points knows this. Unless you have a low velocity round then I can see it not fragging.
